CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Elevated Holistic Therapeutic Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and ours, the following policy is in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require full prepayment.There is a 15 mins grace period. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full service fees still apply. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
